I brought in my iPhone for a replacement battery. The battery they put in did not work, they told me to bring it to apple myself. I was refunded but they wasted my whole day and somehow made the situation worse. Grossly incompetent.

I made an appointment with the Gee department for 11:40am. The gee service man was extremely rude when I told him that I had an appointment. He began asking me for the conformation and when I showed him my phone he needed more proof and asked me for a voice mail then he looked for my name in the computer and said he did not see my name. Right then I asked for his manager. The manager was a little better and told me my appointment was made for the bay shore store. I was turned off by the first guy and decided against going to the bay shore store. I will look for a different repair shop. Best buy suck and I refuse to give them anymore services

They didn’t fix my computer and they never notified me until I went over there. Waste of time.
