I have been a member of the total tech program or whatever it's morphed into, for probably the last 10 years. And I've had installs done on 5 cars and also on an rv. Never had an issue with the people who do the installation. But at this Best Buy, they don't hide wires, at least the guy that's working today. Sunday He doesn't hide the wires. He installs things like the amateur would do you know he's afraid to take plastic off and hide wires? So he wants all the wires exposed, and I told him, no. I said, will you like? We could refund you, as and anyway, the guy's feelings got hurt because I said, you know, that's not acceptable to me. You can. I do what I'm asking you to do. It's really simple. You just have to drill a little hole in the plastic, and that's where the wire goes. That's what they did over here. Actually there's already a hole here, so why don't we just install it over here? From the last time I had a radar detector hardwired, but his feelings were hurt. He didn't want to do it. He didn't feel comfortable working on my car. So I had to reschedule, I have never met one of those. I need a safe place. People until today and the manager couldn't get him to do his job. And he said, well, I can't force him to do something. He's uncomfortable with I said he's uncomfortable with me, not my car. And then he said, well, he's got to interact with you after he does the install to tell you what he did. I said he doesn't have to interact with me. I know how the system works and he goes well. That's not, that's not our procedure. So well, how about this? How about you have him? Do Through the install and he doesn't interact with me. And I'll come back and see a different tech, and he can explain to me the system. And he goes well. I mean, that's not, you know, it's like asking a surgeon to do surgery on you, but not talk to you about it. Afterwards and you'll come back and talk to a different surgeon. I say, that's not a fair comparison. You're talking about a car and a human being. I say he goes well. It's a lifeline, the car I go. But it's not a life, you know, it has nothing to do with anything that's going to cause me to crash, like you're not installing anything that's that advanced to cause. My car not to work correctly and cause me injury. I say I don't really understand it. I said, I guess I don't need to. I'll reschedule it with a different installer. That's more comfortable, but the whole interaction. And then this is the second time I am this guy's done an install. The first time was the dash cam, which he was afraid to hide the wires. And I told him, I said, the wires were hidden behind there before.I don't know why you can't do it.It's really simple. And then my pillar, he removed or did something too to put a wire in, and then he goes, I don't remove pillars, I go.Well, this is from you. This is your wire that's going to my dash cam.So you did the install, so you sure did do something to my pillar? And I don't think you're so argumentative about everything anyway.I would not do any audio install at this place with that guy.I wish I knew his name.I don't, but you know, I guess you'll have to ask for the less sensitive installer to do.That's who i'm getting next time
