  Now here's a place you should visit services are phenomenal. CESAR is very knowledgeable has me in and out in minutes! I should keep it a secret for my own benefit. What kind of person would I be if we don't pay it back. Hope to see you there.

  We go here to get a line canceled and all they could tell us was call the phone number like what's the point of a store. I've been to other stores and they help with these types of things. Definitely 100% won't be back thanks for the bad experience.

  Hoosick Street, Troy, NY is the worst Cricket store. They will allow anyone on your account to make changes to your phone without your authorization. Went back 3x during the 7 day return policy time frame to resolve the issue. Instead of resolving the issue the staff think its acceptable to tell their customers lies to push them past the 7 day return policy as well as insult their customers. And again today to see about an upgrade since the phone the lady at the store sold my 79 year old grandfather. A phone that freezes. Screen won’t come back on until hours later. First, I would like to say I have laryngitis and when I went into the store today with a mask on and explained to her how she was wrong for saying the last two times I came in with my grandfather before that she was factory resetting his phone. So he shouldn’t have anymore problems with his phone. When she never did. Going to say she does not remember me or my 79-year-old grandfather . Threatened me with calling the police. If this store cant hold yourself accountability then you don’t need to be open. I'd give this store and it employees zero stars if the review allowed that option.

  I’ve been a longtime Cricket customer, and I Always recommend them to people. I somewhat recently bought my new phone here on a Saturday, and Jose single-handedly took care of me as well as 2 other customers, plus the random walk-ins! I was throughly impressed and will continue to recommend Cricket and their customer service.
