  Way overpriced. I brought my pets here since I moved to Camillus and the overall visit went fine untill the bill came. The prices were almost double what our previous vet charged. I also called several other vets in the area and they all quoted me much less for the exact same services. This is simply a large corporation looking to gouge people. Unless you like overpaying I would recommend bringing your pets anywhere else.

  Great people from the front desk to the pharmacy techs... they love my animals just as much as I do and it shows.

  Our dog just got spayed yesterday and is already doing so well. We went to another practice to get our other dog spayed 5-10 years ago and it was such a bad experience. First day post-op and she’s happy, eating normally, wants to play even though she can’t right now. Everyone there is so kind and really treats our pets like their own. Even works with us when finances are tight and makes sure they get the care they need. Would definitely recommend going here. Thank you guys!!!

  This place has gone downhill. They have more than tripled in price, cut hours and are wildly unprofessional. The front desk staff ignores the directions in the charts and do nothing when it’s obvious animals are stressed. God forbid you balk at the price, they catch an attitude and leave you waiting as long as possible. They didn’t bother to listen when I told them one of my dogs came back hiding and crying after the shot. Complain to the office manager and she will argue with you and take no responsibility. Save your money for someplace that cares about pets.

  I have been taking my dog Bruce here for almost 11 years now. We have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Last week I noticed Bruce wasn't acting right, I brought him in they did a work up found my dog now has diabetes. They did everything in their power to help me find the cheapest insulin in the local area. They also made sure to get him checked out as fast as possible. If you love your pet this is the place to go, they love your pet too. Thank you guys so much for taking a very unbearable time in my life and making so that I could at least function knowing Bruce WILL be taken care of by professionals who care. Photo of Bruce.
