- ELEmma LongMar 6, 20265.0Honestly, I have never had better vet experiences than with this specific team at Shop City VCA. Dr. Danboise has THE bedside manner that you want for your dog. Our pup is skittish with strangers when she first meets someone new and Dr. Danboise is clearly insanely well trained in how to handle that. By the end of the appointment, our dog Roo was climbing all over her to give kisses. I love how much she focused on Roo. After all, she’s a doctor for HER, not for US. She is so insanely knowledgeable and took her time to explain and answer every single (even ridiculous) question that we asked. All of the receptionist staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We have also had Brianna as the Vet Tech every time and she is absolutely lovely and so sweet to Roo. These people clearly and deeply care for the pets they treat and it is evident from the time you call to book to when you are walking out the door. Nothing but STELLAR recommendation from us, and from Roo.

They took my pet into the back without me to give him his shot. What's the point of coming in when I can't be with him the whole time. All in all 100 dollars just to see them. No thanks I'll be staying with my old vet who charges 20 for the same service.
