  What ever the Verizon site offered, wasn't even close to the store offer. Site was 60 a month, store was 110 a month. Never go back there. And they wanted a 36 month contract. What?

  Update: Still have not had my issues rectified (now July 2022). I have called multiple times and spoken to multiple reps. They give me the run around. I finally received an honest answer about the discount I was promised. The sales rep lied to my SO and me. He said an email, for the discount, would show up in my inbox so he could make the sale and entrap us into a 2yr plan with Verizon! Also the case that we drove to another location to pick up will not be replaced. Verizon's policy is that I need to have the case to trade in to receive another one even though it was Verizon's employees who stole it from me. I am beyond disappointed and shocked in the customer service and lack of accountability! I do NOT recommend this Verizon location. My significant other and I needed news phones and reliable service. We went in and the employee was helpful. When I had asked about the discount my employer offers, he said that I would receive an email to activate it. I waited a whole month for the email thinking it was delayed because of how the world is running these days. I never received it. My SO and I decided to stop in to receive help and support on this issue. Instead, we received lackluster customer service. The employees clearly didn't want to help us with our question. They gave us the run around. When we left in frustration and disappointment, I had accidentally left part of my OtterBox defender case (which was a gift from my SO to help my with my job). We realized what happened and rushed back to this location and the same employees told me there was no case there, which was not true. They then decided to bagger me about our original issue. I then called customer service to receive some proper help. They told me their hands were tied because this location is an Authorized Retailer meaning the employees were not apart of corporate. They also said that my employer's discount had stipulations which was not clearly stated to us at the time of purchase and activation, so we were under false pretenses of our monthly bill. We will not be going back to this location ever again and I am warning you all, as well as all our friends, family, and coworkers, to not step foot into this location.

  Doug..Josh...super sales people...no pressure...they know there merchandise & are easy to work with..I don't want to go to any other store !!
