    If I could give this location less than zero stars, I would. I normally visit a store in Camillus with excellency staff and customer service. This time, I had to exchange a phone purchased online for Christmas so I was forced to go to a “corporate” location. I made this mistake of choosing this one. I waited for an hour to even speak with a representative. Hannah finally greeted us and she was rude right of the jump. My daughter had a hard time deciding on the color phone she wanted. Hannah was annoyed she kept having to return to the safe to get a new model. After my daughter finally decided on the color she wanted Hannah began to set up the phone and caused an error with the new phone during the process. Instead of seeking help from her manager or another rep she stated she “wasn’t familiar with iPhones and didn’t own one” she tried to remedy the problem herself. We waited for 3 hours with no resolution when she finally decided she would “sync the iCloud” which was estimated to take an additional 45 minutes at the store. Her other suggestion was I could leave and setup the new phone myself at home as long as I was constantly connected to WiFi upon leaving the store or the backup would fail and my old and new device would be messed up. She never offered to help me set up a hot spot on my own phone. Instead she was extremely rude and condescending. I finally asked if we could do something else or try another phone … she continued to get frustrated and simply WALKED AWAY from the table and turned her back on us and never returned. I had to approach another representative and explain the situation. He went back to his manger to try and come up with a resolution … their resolution was for me to return to the store an hour later. I said okay and did exactly that. Upon returning to the store we went through the entire setup process again. We thought we had successfully setup my daughter’s new phone only to arrive home and find THEY NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED THE DEVICE. After spending 5 hours at this store I returned home with a phone that wasn’t even working. I then had to call Apple support and reset everything that was done at the store. I also had to call Verizon and explain to them what happened at the store and that I returned home with a phone that wasnt even working. The tech support person reached by phone was able to remedy a solution and get my phone working in under 30 minutes. Never in my life have I experienced a retail situation of such poor customer service with lack of regard for the customer. For a “corporate” store this location and its staff are an absolute joke. Stay far away and do yourself a favor a visit a different Verizon store.

    Aijalon was an exceptional representative. We were greeted properly at the door and promptly taken care of by him. The customer service at this location is amazing. I love going here to work with AJ. Highly recommend anyone to visit here for Verizon needs.

    Best staff in the area! I recommend this store to all consumers and businesses around the Syracuse surrounding areas. It’s worth making the trip because the employees are extremely knowledgeable.

    Employee was rude and obnoxious. Stated that as a “retail employee” it would be ridiculous for him to be on the line with customer service. I have been coming to this location for years and have NEVER received this sort of treatment.
