He was great about helping me find a phone that would work for me. It was very difficult, because of the problems my old phone had, to transfer my contacts, etc, to the new phone. He didn't give up though. It took a while but he got it. So appreciative of how thorough and determined this young man was. Great job Blue!

When you say you should be told the wait is NOT a few minutes and honestly told at least 30 minutes or longer, you are told by Verizon employee they don't need this and you can leave.
