I called customer service on 10/12/25 and was on hold for more than one hour and half just to speak to someone in the home Internet department and every time a representative answered I was transferred to another department and had to wait for over 40 minutes. Total wireless if you ask me if the worst company ever. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
