Despite settings, the settings actually switch back as to seemingly endorse this protocol. I am definitely not playing that game and neither should new users including teens and other venerable people.
- JKJoseph Kairis5 days ago4.0Got a good deal on a new iPhone, some other streaming-service deal, etc. I went on a weekday and it was pretty busy (mobbed). Luckily, we were still helped almost immediately. One guy had been there about a year he said and was really pretentious and sort of let you know if you were wrong about something (in a nice way). He was knowledgeable about apple products, but some of the other tech stuff he was mostly giving opinions. On the other hand, the other male employee with him clearly had zero idea what he was doing. I spent a little longer in there than I intended to, and I get the feeling they’re watching everyone for theft. Unsure why, I think I counted 30 surveillance cameras (was with my whole family). Not a bad store, family convinced me to go back to apple from android. I am happy with the phone and content with the overall store experience.

He never lost his cool when I couldn't remember my password. He did everything he could to help me fix my issues and just wanted the powers to be know that. I don't know his last name and if there is more than one "Mike" - it's the one that looks just like Tom Hanks! I also was sitting next to a young lady and a young man with beard was helping her and when she left, I said to that young man "You did a great job"! I was very impressed by both Mike and that young man.
