  Ryan the manager and will an employee extreme rude and do not know how to diffuse a situation actually Ryan tried to antagonize me to edge on the bickering. As a manager that is completely unacceptable. Thankfully the tech, Mike was kind, patient and efficient with helping me and trying to diffuse the situation. Also this isn't my first visit to Apple where Mike a friendly and familiar face has given me exceptional customer service. Thank you Mike! 🙏🏼

  Really need a better system. Especially for appointments. No way we should be waiting in here so long with no help. Also no reason why we sit at the Genius Bar table (full of people and staff) they help everyone at the table... besides me .. an walk away.. I inquire why everyone was helped and then walked off without helping me. The rep still walking away firmly said hold on with a scrunched up face. Everytime I come here it's the same thing. Why do we have to make appts if we still have to sit an hour and wait. Also why I'm I waiting almost an hour in a store that's dead... no customers. And staff everywhere just sitting around chatting to one another.

  Just came in for a nice lunch with my mother and husband, our server was Bex. Her first day off of training, she was super great, always made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will come back!

  Avoid the Syracuse Apple Store if you value professional service. I had a disgraceful experience here on Jan 21, 2026. The staff, specifically a representative named Chloe, was confrontational, dismissive, and displayed a complete lack of initiative. Save yourself the frustration and drive to the Albany location instead. I will never spend another dollar at this store.

  Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at the Apple Store in Syracuse for the excellent support and customer service. From the moment I arrived, everyone was patient, respectful, and professional, and the experience felt smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Shashank for being so helpful. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through my options in a way that was easy to understand. I also appreciate the store manager for being very engaged and supportive, making sure everything was handled properly and that I left with a solution that worked. Overall, the entire team made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Because of the service and the way, we were treated, we felt confident and comfortable with our purchase decision. That really shows the trust your team created during the visit. Thank you again to everyone for the kindness, professionalism, and care. I truly appreciate it, and I will definitely comeback to this store.
