  Had to return an IPhone from an online purchase. The staff there were great! I had no complaints, the refund process was smooth & fast. Got it done in less than 5 minutes. Also asked about the Apple Vision Pro & was able to get a 10-15min walkthrough with how to use right there. Staff was great, place was organized & clean.

  Ryan the manager and will an employee extreme rude and do not know how to diffuse a situation actually Ryan tried to antagonize me to edge on the bickering. As a manager that is completely unacceptable. Thankfully the tech, Mike was kind, patient and efficient with helping me and trying to diffuse the situation. Also this isn't my first visit to Apple where Mike a friendly and familiar face has given me exceptional customer service. Thank you Mike! 🙏🏼

  Really need a better system. Especially for appointments. No way we should be waiting in here so long with no help. Also no reason why we sit at the Genius Bar table (full of people and staff) they help everyone at the table... besides me .. an walk away.. I inquire why everyone was helped and then walked off without helping me. The rep still walking away firmly said hold on with a scrunched up face. Everytime I come here it's the same thing. Why do we have to make appts if we still have to sit an hour and wait. Also why I'm I waiting almost an hour in a store that's dead... no customers. And staff everywhere just sitting around chatting to one another.
