  I tried to have my PC sent to the manufacturer to have them fix it via geek squad. The employees said they couldn’t ship out my product because companies like ibuypower wants their customers to go with them only. Which isn’t true since I have a friend that’s a CIS in Best Buy and he said he’s sent dozens of PCs to the manufacturer to have them fixed. He even said that this district was shady so if you have any similar problems such as me do not bring your device to this Best Buy. Bring it to some other Best Buy.

  Very rare i leave a bad review, But this one deserves it. Went in today to purchase a laptop. Was told the one i picked out wouldn’t run what i needed it for and it was a S model. ($549(Safe mode) he verified they had it in stock and went to go get it. 2 minutes later another associate came out to talk me out of a purchase. Now he tells me that they are out of stock. And asked me what ill be using it for , i explained and he brought me to a macbook Neo A18 ($699)which i did purchase just to get home and realize there was no usb ports (my fault) for not checking. Now i go back to the store. Tell the associate it doesn’t have a usb port i need to return it. He directs me to customer service . The young lady was very nice and professional. She verified they did have the laptop i wanted and did an exchange. (So they did have it they just didn’t wanna sell it to me )Then the sales associate 1 of the 3 that helped me in the beginning, went over his walkie-talkie To tell his manager that I was still getting it and told him “I guess we will be accepting a return for another laptop’ on the sales floor . Very rude cocky unprofessional untrained young man. corporate will be called and I will never step in another Best Buy ever again based off of employee interaction. I am very happy with my purchase decision as its doing the job i need it for.

  I stopped over at BestBuy to pick up a Dyson vacuum, the staff there was welcoming and professional. I always love going there to shop and talk with the staff on whatever my needs are.

  Waited over an hour outside for my preteen son to get pokemon cards. Over 50 adults in line and hes the only kid. They tell my son he can't buy the product himself with his own money hes been saving.

  As useless as it gets. Pre ordered a phone with them. Rep told me I could pick up on March 11th with no issue. It was delayed and I am trying to find an estimated timeline when my ordered would be available, best buy customer service don't know, their chat support representatives (4 of them) keep copy pasting same answer over and over again without providing any solution, called the store and the lady told me she doesn't know anything about their inventory or order delivery. Very frustrating.
