If you HAVE to come here ALWAYS look carefully at your receipt and look out for any texts from verizon involving account changes. They employees here are not hired here to help you they are here to make money. Your better off doing everything online. If you have had service jere before i suggest you review your accunt. If they tell you theyll save you money CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. They probably wont offer to reduce your bill unless they can sneak additional services in there.PLEASE keep that in mind and stay safe.
