They made the entire process of adding a new line and getting a new phone to my account extremely easy and convenient. We went to two other Verizon stores & called customer service numbers prior and still couldn’t get the help we got from Tyler and her staff. The whole staff (Tyler, Briana, Abu, and Vincent) are excellent and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would give more stars if I could. 1000% recommend this Verizon store over the rest in Staten Island!
