  Be careful with this store. Very dishonest business practices. The female manager was extremely rude and aggressive. She showed no intention of understanding the situation from the customer’s perspective. In this store, employees are clearly prioritized over customers, which is why the staff behave arrogantly and unprofessionally. Before making the payment, I clearly confirmed with the staff that the amount I was paying was tax only. However, after I paid, she didnot give me the receipt in store.later discovered that I was also charged a service fee. When I returned to the store to question this, they claimed that service fees are always charged. The problem is that this fee was not disclosed clearly or transparently before payment, which is misleading and deceptive to customers. One of the employees, Jennifer L, who is a new staff member, provided incorrect and incomplete information about the promotion. Due to her lack of experience and poor communication, I was given wrong details, which caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary trouble. Her attitude was cold and unhelpful, and she did not properly explain the promotion. I had to look up the correct information online by myself. In the end, the issue was never properly resolved. The manager and staff were unreasonable, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service standards. Overall, this store operates with poor transparency and very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location. They show discriminatory behavior, especially toward customers who are not fluent in English. Non-native English speakers are treated unfairly and are more likely to be misled about charges and promotions. In addition, after opening a phone line at this store, your phone number and personal information appear to be shared or misused. Starting the very next day, you must receive a large number of scam calls and spam calls continuously.

  Ayman was very helpful with upgrading to a new phone. He reviewed my current plan and looked for ways to save me money with the upgraded phone. Store can get busy and you may have to wait.

  Brooke at the Verizon store at 2502 Hylan Blvd, went far above and beyond her role. My elderly father is never happy with customer service, but Brooke’s patience, kindness, and genuine care completely changed that. She took extra time to explain everything clearly and helped with things she didn’t have to. Because of her, my father left happy and grateful — something I never thought I’d see. Brooke truly deserves recognition, and Verizon is lucky to have her.
