My elderly father is never happy with customer service, but Brooke’s patience, kindness, and genuine care completely changed that. She took extra time to explain everything clearly and helped with things she didn’t have to. Because of her, my father left happy and grateful — something I never thought I’d see. Brooke truly deserves recognition, and Verizon is lucky to have her.
