    Horrible customer service. Walked in and the person working went into the back and never came back. 2 customers walked in after me and left. I knocked on the door to see if he was coming back soon to help, he told me he was learning something and needed more time. I asked if he suggests I go to a different location. He said he didn’t care and closed the door. I walked out as did the person who was there before me. The store lost my sale which was 4 new phones and three other potential sales from the others that walked out. I went to the Tottenville location and got 4 new phones for me and my family. They were amazing and super efficient.
