    My family and I were at Verizon today and had the best experience which prompted me to write this review as I usually dread this process! Verizon Rep Joe was exceptional with regard to his professionalism, courtesy and patience! Joe made the process so easy and tolerable and I didn’t yell at my wife once for dragging me here…lol. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and I highly recommend anyone that had similar issues with ATT and other phone services that I had in the past. Joe, thank you Brother! You truly deserve a raise as well as employee of the month!!! Thank you again!
