Sometimes you get good deals at Best Buy. I have been recently disappointed in purchasing warranties for Apple products . I love apple products - - but best buy has changed their policy on returning Apple Care warranties . If you purchase an apple product with Apple care through Best Buy and want to return it you will only receive a refund for Apple products - - not Apple Care. Best Buy has a new policy that they no longer give back money for Apple Care Purchased. If you are going to purchase Apple products and want an extended warranty you are better off buying Apple care directly through Apple. I feel purchasing products directly through Apple is more convenient and less of a hassel if you need to return product.

Best Buy on Staten Island is top-notch! Needed a new TV and some accessories—staff were super knowledgeable, walked me through options without pressure, and even helped set up price matching. Store was clean, well-stocked, and checkout was quick. Great selection of electronics, appliances, and geek squad support. Best experience I've had at a big-box tech store—highly recommend!

Worse employees i spend almost an hour waiting and asking for help every worker I ask for help they say they were getting someone and all they do is walk around the store doing nothing very disappointing I guess I take my business somewhere else
