  THIS STORE COMPLETELY SCAMMED ME I WENT IN TO TRANSFER FROM VERIZON TO CRICKET ! iPhone 16e they asked for my ID and my Verizon account information to do the transfer, first a guy was working with me short fat with hair and said something was wrong with the transfer then he left and this Hispanic short lady with tattoos and piercings started working on this transfer she told me if I could come back in an hour that she would have everything fixed I went to the store across the street came back MYSTERIOUSLY when I got back EVERYTHING WAS FIXED AND TRANSFERRED SO I THOUGHT ! She proceeded to say how my first bill would be a little high because she had to do some tweaking to the account ! She said she added international calling and cricket protection OKAY COOL why I PAY THESE PEOPLE LEAVE set up my cricket account on my phone AND NOTICED THERE WERE TWO LINES ON MY ACCOUNT MINE & a Samsung galaxy an active number and TO TOP IT OFF I WENT AND CHECKED THE ACCOUNT DETAILS HAD SOMEBODY I NEVER MET A DAY IN MY LIFE AS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER !! I called the number ofc AN HISPANIC MAN WHO DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH ANSWER THAT IS SCARY AND CREEPY ! ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS ! WALK PAST THIS STORE PLEASE !!

  I typically get my children preowned phones, and this was the closest location . DO NOT SHOP HERE , THE RAGGEDY EMPLOYEES JUST KEPT LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH , NO EYE CONTACT NO STRAIGHT ANSWERS . Making up prices how is a $50 iphone $280? There’s no amount of fees possible to make that a thing . I’ve been buying from prepaid net working for 15 years no amount of taxes and sim card charges will make that possible do not shop here

  bunch of scammers just making up prices . I came in for the $50 iphone . We did the math , and i quote $50 for the iphone , 60 for service , $80 for taxes and $30for activation . All together that’s 220 . For the love of life the workers couldn’t find one excuse to explain to me why I was paying 265? I asked all of them numerous times why is the total 265 , they couldn’t figure out a lie or come up with an excuse to save them . All they kept saying was that’s what they charged the last customer . No case no screen protector nothing just an imaginary $45 missing . Total scammers pocketing extra money never do business there . Preying on the low income in that area is disgusting .
