- MHMikey HeltzerFeb 22, 20263.0so i broke my iphone 16 the broke camera was broken and the face id didn’t work. i went there took 45 minutes just to tell me that they didn’t have the parts and i had to come tomorrow. ok so i came the next day dropped it off came back 2 hours later and waited 45 minutes for it to be fixed. for something that i spent 300 dollars to get replaced i would have just bought a refurbished phone or an iphone 16e instead of waiting forever

Chris was the very first person to offer me a solution!! He was kind to not just me but the people with me. I’m so glad he was my technician and I’m so glad he didn’t just turn me away. I will be back and will be looking for Chris going forward!
