  Cricket (as a service) is wonderful. This store location is not. Incredibly rude both in person and over the phone. I was interrupted and spoken over throughout the entire interaction. They have a "store policy" to not discuss prices over the phone because they charge more than other locations. I went in expecting to pay the price listed on the cricket website and was surprised by a few extra charges. Called another cricket store from the parking lot; they were happy to look up as many prices as I liked over the phone and were confused when I asked about extra charges (because there weren't any). Definitely worth the extra 20-30 min drive to go to any other location. I saved about fifty dollars. Even best buy is cheaper than this place - without an upgrade discount.

  Unlimited data great; yet LG Fortune is complete junk! One fall it will break, overheats, cheapest pos I've ever had! Dispoable burners will last longer! They give u a week to return at least if broken, metro will not do that. Yet each time u getz a new line, u get sold out to spammers n costs to change ur number.
