As others have mentioned, he is a true professional and the process of getting my son a new phone was seamless and quick! He laid out all the options and costs and made it easy for me to make a decision. I was expecting some long, complicated, and hard to understand process but that is not what happened. It was truly an easy and quick process. It is nice to see someone take pride in what they do and make the effort to satisfy a customer!! We need more Cory's in this world!
