As others have mentioned, he is a true professional and the process of getting my son a new phone was seamless and quick! He laid out all the options and costs and made it easy for me to make a decision. I was expecting some long, complicated, and hard to understand process but that is not what happened. It was truly an easy and quick process. It is nice to see someone take pride in what they do and make the effort to satisfy a customer!! We need more Cory's in this world!

My phone is really old. I had erased some old texted messages twice and was unable to text anyone or receive messages. He was able to fix the phone twice. He is a genius. When I am ready for a new phone hes my guy I am going to. I highly recommend him for any technical support he is smart and knowledgeable.
