    Devonte our sales clerk was professional and provided efficient service. However the cost of phone and crazy hi cost of case and cost of screen protector considering the Pixel malfunctioned was VERY disappointing. In an era where everything is more expensive I guess it's to be expected the Verizon store itself would be pricy.

    I conveniently lost my phone running errands the morning of Christmas Eve! With the added stress level and tighter schedule, I was reluctant to rush to Verizon but glad I did because it turned by whole day around. At the door, I was graciously greeted by Aquib. From the very beginning he was friendly, understanding and supportive as was the rest of the staff. They walked me through my options, were very detailed in describing additional promotional deals and were transparent throughout the conversation. I was in and out of the store with my new phone within the hour. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend Aquib and his team to anyone!

    I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 20 years, and today’s visit to this store, Balltown Rd, was hands down the best visit. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and we were quickly helped by the store manager, Cam, and a sales rep, Immanuel. This is where the magic happened. I explained what I was looking to do on my account, and they explained to me in straightforward terms. There was no hard sell, just an honest “here are your options.” No push in either direction just unbiased information. They went above and beyond to help us with a unique situation, I will only be returning to this store for my Verizon needs. These two gentlemen are absolute assets to your company!

    Blatantly ignored by employees tonight. The employees put people into the queue that came in after us which was frustrating. I understand business can fluctuate and they operate in order, however this was not the case. I didn’t even bother to ask this time because of the other visits there and we decided to leave instead. Similar experiences have happened the other times we have gone in as well. They were also supposed to cancel my watch at the beginning of the year and again when I went back after for the same issue. I gave up and handled everything online after contacting customer support multiple times this year. I don’t usually leave bad reviews and have many years of working in customer service myself but I can’t shake how unhelpful this store is and how I was charged for so long from the second line still being open. I will not be back to this location.

    Everything seemed to go smoothly in the store when l got my new iPhone through a promo. I switched to Verizon and after paying the initial fees, including tax, etc. My bill was to be $80.00. I’ve had a bill every month for $153.90 l tried to call the main help line, who sent me to billing, who sent me to financing, who sent me customer service, who sent me back to billing. I was on the phone for 3 hours and no one could help. I couldn’t rate 0 stars but if there were, I would give 0 stars. The WORST customer service experience lve ever had.
