Devante was not only wonderful about taking care of the business, he was exceptional to my mom. Trading cat stories, talking about the "old cell phones" and such. Bravo to him for his tender care above and beyond his day to day duties at the Verizon store.

From the very beginning he was friendly, understanding and supportive as was the rest of the staff. They walked me through my options, were very detailed in describing additional promotional deals and were transparent throughout the conversation. I was in and out of the store with my new phone within the hour. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend Aquib and his team to anyone!

We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and we were quickly helped by the store manager, Cam, and a sales rep, Immanuel. This is where the magic happened. I explained what I was looking to do on my account, and they explained to me in straightforward terms. There was no hard sell, just an honest “here are your options.” No push in either direction just unbiased information. They went above and beyond to help us with a unique situation, I will only be returning to this store for my Verizon needs. These two gentlemen are absolute assets to your company!
