Omg! And not just that! The experience of getting so much helped and great discounts was amazing! I have never thought cricket could upgrade just beautifully, wish to see more and better of improvements in the future, also the little drawings in the wall are so fun! I just love looking at them when I entered the store, it was creative and made the place look lively and also adore everyone putting effort and creativity into their cute coloring pages that cricket provides, it really was an FUN experience hope to see more people to experience good service from Katty, not just from her but also from the other employees as well, THANK YOU WIRELESS CRICKET!

She also on-purposely ordered the wrong color and phone and I couldn’t wait another two weeks .EVERY TIME I go there she is always there like please switch your employees around, I can never get nothing done .

When my son lost his phone and someone hacked into his account, Katie saved the day!! She immediately put a freeze on his stolen phone and set up his new phone within a matter of minutes! Also, the price is very reasonable and affordable for unlimited talk, text and data. They use AT&T network which has been the most reliable for me. Thanks Cricket Wireless!!
