  The Verizon manager, Matthew, at Wireless Zone at 1475 Weaver Street in Scarsdale, blatantly lied to me about receiving a FREE iPhone 17 when I changed my carrier to Verizon. He said and I quote him, "If you want the iPhone 17 Pro Max, you will ONLY see a slight difference of no more than $3 per month." Now, I am paying over $15 dollars more per month, cannot get my original TMobile plan back, and stuck in this contract for 3 years. I am a special education teacher in NYC and unfortunately, his actions will end up costing me $1,200.00 If you are smart and do not want to be swindled, DO NOT DEAL with Matthew at Wireless Zone.
