  Unfortunately, I have had to look for a new vet due to bad experiences I’ve had bringing my cat here. It seems that the team here DOES NOT know how to handle anxious animals. For years, my family and I took our dog here and they did a great job treating him. But ever since I started bringing my cat, they completely changed their attitude and have had very little patience with us. My cat is sweet but he gets anxious at the vet, so he needs special care and for some reason they do not know how to handle him. Every time I bring him, they act like it’s a major inconvenience for them and give us a passive aggressive attitude about it. I recently had my mom bring my cat to the vet while I was away on a work trip, and she informed me that they refused to see him because “he growled at them a bit.” Seriously??? Aren’t vets supposed to be trained to deal with anxious animals? They also said they don’t want to take a chance trimming his nails since they’ve “never tried it before”, which is untrue. I had bought him here multiple times to get his nails trimmed. I guess they just don’t keep records or something. I’m looking elsewhere now because it feels as if they have completely given up on my cat. Really disappointed.

  I have been coming here for years and can't say enough positive things about them. My cat on a Friday stopped eating, and I thought he was being fininky. I made an appointment just in case and the earliest appointment I could get was Monday. Saturday he started to vomit and I decided to call to see if I could get him in on a cancellation. The receptionist said she was just about to call ME because they had 2 openings I could take. Thank god I got him in as he needed a shot for his IBS. They are amazing.

  This was my first time going there. The vet and all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to deal with! They weren't pushy at all which was very much appreciated! Since it was my first visit, there was a coupon to get it for free!

  Horrible experience completely over priced made me pay 700$ for 142$ blood work and did not notify my about the price till the very end. Should be ashamed

  My cat Chance was suffering from diarrhea for a week. Chance met with Dr Gusap who prescribed medication and also gave advice. She even took the time to call me directly to check in on Chance a few days later. Thanks to Dr. Gusap, Chance is feeling much better!! Chance thanks you for all your help!
