    This was the worst experience I've ever had. I lost my phone which is on the Visible network so I went to a Verizon store to purchase a replacement hoping to keep my number, however, the person who helped me couldn't do it due to my not having access to my Gmail account that the number was linked to. Instead of saying, I'm sorry, I can't do that. He sent me home with the number for Google ads and told me to call them. The problem is you cannot ever reach a person at Google. I also have my credit locked due to a stolen identity situation a few years back. Again, the person should have sent me home. Instead, he put me on some pay as you go plan that I did not approve or want. The cost went from about $650 to $795. I suspect the kid thought I was too old to know what he was doing. Wrong! I work in tech support and if I handled one of my company's users like he did me I'd be fired and righteously so. He should be too. At the very least, he should NOT get a commission on the sale. I don't know what other Verizon stores are like but this one screwed me over for over a week. Go anywhere else. This group is very unprofessional and they could care less about their customers. I called and spoke to the manager and he did nada. He should be replaced by a person who cares about their customers. I still plan to complain to their corporate people but in the meantime just don't buy a phone hrre

    If you have any problems your battery will probably die before they answer. I've been waiting 45 minutes and am still waiting for customer service to answer.. the other day was 40 minutes and then they said they were experiencing technical necklace difficulties and would call back, but never did. Im also sad because they always try to talk you out of your current plan.sadly this time I agreed and it ended up more expensive for less we lost our hot spots which was the only internet we were getting and now have to run to a store to get my laptop online. So, we have to start a plan with spectrum and will probably switch to their phone plans being that they'll buy off your phones.

    Went to inquire on a smart watch, the customer service rep was a little knowledgeable. I ended up getting one, at check out, I asked for assistant to help me, to program it, I was told by another employee it is self explanatory, like calling me stupid. She wore a hoodie which is not work wear professional. And the customer service rep was suppose to charge me 29.99 for assistant. I offered to pay for it .Which is bullshit. You should never charged to help a customer if you want them to come back. We'll I woke this morning and with a full charge last night when I went to bed, the battery went dead in the watch and I am allergic to the metal on the back of the watch. So now I have to go back, hopefully I have a good transaction.if I dont someone is going to hear about it. Make sure you do lots of research on these smart watches.
