    Went to inquire on a smart watch, the customer service rep was a little knowledgeable. I ended up getting one, at check out, I asked for assistant to help me, to program it, I was told by another employee it is self explanatory, like calling me stupid. She wore a hoodie which is not work wear professional. And the customer service rep was suppose to charge me 29.99 for assistant. I offered to pay for it .Which is bullshit. You should never charged to help a customer if you want them to come back. We'll I woke this morning and with a full charge last night when I went to bed, the battery went dead in the watch and I am allergic to the metal on the back of the watch. So now I have to go back, hopefully I have a good transaction.if I dont someone is going to hear about it. Make sure you do lots of research on these smart watches.

    Wish I could leave negative stars. The employees here act like they are doing everyone else a favor by just showing up for work. Actually having to help paying customers is a major inconvenience for these guys. There were 4 employees “working” but only 1 woman was actually working while the others just mindlessly walked around and hid in the back office away from customers. One associate told us to call customer service and gave us their number and just left us sitting there ——the customer service representative was just as confused as we were when they started asking questions that only the store associate would’ve known! And of course we couldn’t get help because they were all hiding in the back office 🙂. An hour and a half of our time wasted. Would recommend going to literally any other Verizon store, and if that’s not an option, you may want to consider changing service providers because the customer service is just not there.

    Was met with hostility from trying to inquire about what to do with my broken phone - William along with a gentleman behind the counter whom tossed his phone the moment I expected customer service dismissed me and told me I am supposed to call a number which they neglected to provide me while they along with a lady stared me down as I left the store. Don’t go here - I’ll try back on Balltown rd, they helped me there when I bought the phone. Picture is on their store window!

    Told me I could trade in my phone paid 1000$ for it juts for them to tell I can’t. Everyone stands around and don’t do nothing to help their clients
