He picked up my call and helped me finish my order answering questions and making sure I was getting the correct items. I was very impressed with how quickly he handled the process. Two days later my new GPU, PSU, and case were at my door. STOKED!!! I Finally have a rig worth playing again. Thanks again Jose!

They told me where to go, yet I had trouble trying to find exactly what I was looking for. So, I walked out. Not going back. I’m sick and tired of being a nice person and constantly being mistreated. I’ll just go on Amazon for that. Quick and easy and I don’t have to deal with disrespectful employees who just stand around instead of helping customers who are kind and valuable. That’s one of many issues with Saratoga. Waste of my time. My only regret is that the door greeter was nice and wished me a good day, but I was so irritated that I didn’t say anything. Usually I would be kind to that person and I do apologize, but the electronic person put me in a negative state of mind.
