I wanted an appliance, nice selection of floor display models only thing you can buy is returned items from online orders. The guy said no stores keep inventory its all online.
Lowes had a few models in stock of each appliance type.

It’s such bull that they want to sell you the most expensive version of the TV and not advise it’s only wall mount. Then you can’t even call the store to confirm the product is right or to buy a stand cause every single time they now don’t let you talk to anyone in the actual store and force you to go to offshore “customer support” that doesn’t have a clue what your talking about. No matter what options you try to pick, they send you offshore to people who can’t help and we can’t understand them. Poor customer service and only care about selling the most expensive product.

I paid cash for an LG C5,65 inch. I counted out $1500 in front of them. The girl I gave the money to,recounted it and came up with $1500. A third person then counted it as they were putting in the register. He said I was a hundred dollars short. That I had only put fourteen hundred on the counter. I've bought TVS, sound bars,surround sound speakers,etc, but never again.
