- NANobody AApr 2, 20251.0Liars!!! I needed a new router, my current one stopped working, so I called customer service. Customer service told me to go to this nearby store they have it in stock, free of charge just return the old one. This store tried to upsell me on a tv package and when I said no, I’m here for the router they lied and said they don’t have any. Customer service then calls the store and the store hangs up on them. After speaking to customer service they assured me they will file a report to corporate.
