  we had a great experience buying new phones and transferring to a new network at the verizon location in rockaway on beach 129 street. sam was so helpful and patient we were so happy with the service he provided. we recommend highly recommend this location.

  My husband I had a great experience today with Ricky! He helped us switch over from our old carrier, set up our new phones and found any discounts he could for us! We were not looking forward to the process but Ricky made it very easy. Thank You! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  I was just at the Beach 129th St with a complex problem on my iPhone 13. The Reps name was Elliott and I can’t begin to express how knowledgeable and helpful he was in sorting out the issue. There was no pressure to buy a new phone and he legitimately gave me the best recommendation for the issue (which we did resolve). I can’t recommend him enough.
