Do not take anything to this location for repair! They were supposed to repair my iphone within 1 day. But they failed to repair it after 2 days then the manager lied saying that the access screws were "stripped" so they could not open the phone. They advised me to take the phone to apple. I took the phone to the apple store and they confirmed that the screws were NOT stripped and that the phone was opened by the geek squad and a repair was attempted but not completed. The apple store ended up replacing my phone because of the botched repair job by the geek squad. These people lied about the repair timeframe, lied about "stripped screws", and took twice as long as they were supposed to. STAY AWAY!

Not great service. Didn't really look at my laptop or the issue I was saying. It was very close to closing when they got to my laptop but that was because the staff was late to my appointment and there were 2 other ppl waiting in line after me. I was told to google it lmao. I wouldn’t have driven 30 minutes if I could’ve just googled it 😐

Apple sent me to get my iPhone checked for hardware/software issue under warranty. After who knows what they did back there for 50 min, he handed over my phone completely dead. I tried to restore it with help of Apple support over the phone but it wouldn’t. Now Im left with no working phone and have to go to the Apple Store at Eastview for them to check what happened. The guy at Geek S wasn’t even bothered by the fact my phone wasn’t turning on back as if it isn’t a big deal .

If I could give a negative 10, that would be to good. I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. I am so unhappy that I even purchased the Geek Squad contract.
