  The first time I came here there was one person in line in front of me. I was told by the person working in the store that it would be 5 minutes. 20 min later I left. I went back today hoping to purchase a new phone. I've been a Cricket customer for 8 years. After the person (same man as before) working in the store told me and everyone else in the store that customer service does nothing but lie to their customers, I was lied to about the price and the availability of a phone/price the gentleman working at the store had no less than 1 minute earlier told me was available. When I questioned the up pricing of the available phone, he very rudely told me to leave the store. It's interesting to note how much differently he treated the men in the store versus the women. Do not go to this location!!! I do hope that someone at Cricket is actually reading this and will respond to me. I am horrified and not only the way I was treated but at the way the person in the store told everyone not to believe anything customer service said.
