They were tired, bored and screaming for most of the 2 hours I was there. Tim did not loose his patience, remained professional and solved my problem. I walked out with a new phone and he kept me within my budget.

Definitely handled it like a pro. I'd say go to this cricket shop instead of dealing with customer service over the phone, or other shops in general. if you need help and want the job done right! Super satisfied.10/10 (after reading other reviews below im.sure he was the manager Tim)
