  Nemo is one of the best hands down. I love her spirit. I love how she handle things with grace and how she discipline her coworker (a guy coworker kept using the B word) while kept a smile on her face. She definitely a breath fresh of air we needed.

  Purchased a phone yesterday from this location I was already a cricket customer Salina R. was who helped me I asked for a new line so I could get a new phone because I was not available for an upgrade she told me it was going to be a $100 never asked for a screen protector or a case just a phone. I asked for a receipt at the end of the transaction she said her printer was not working her coworker printer was working. Her coworker shift was over and tried to help fix her printer but it wouldn't work. Salina R. Said she would text me a receipt all I got was a text that stated how much my total was not an itemized receipt. Why are you getting an attitude when all I am doing is asking for a receipt???? She said I could go online and get it I asked before I left the store was the screen protector and case was free she said it was included. I go on the cricket app and was not able to retrieve the receipt like she said I would went back to the store this morning to ask for a receipt. She printed me a receipt and I was charged for (2) Moto G power 5G 2025 Tempered glass - Clear NCTEM-POWR25 which were $19.99 each I asked her why I was charged for 2 of them when all I asked for was a phone she said it was part of a bundle deal. I said I was sold a case and a screen protector she said the screen protector and the case was the same price so that's why she charged me twice because she was not able to scan for the case. I told her I wanted my money back for the screen protector and Case because I did not ask for those items she said I had to wait till Monday for her Manager than I told her ok well I want my money back for EVERYTHING!!!! she said I had to wait until Monday for her Manager again. I said ok no problem I said you are conducting shady business practices. She told me to have a Good day 😂 I don't mind being sold but I don't want to be part of Switch and Bait tactics or practices. ITS horrible customer service and very deceptive to customers I can only imagine how many other people she has done this to just to get a bigger commission check no kind of integrity and I can only hope upper management does not push these kind of business practices on other Rochesterians. GET YOUR RECEIPT FROM THIS LOCATION SEE WHAT YOU ARE REALLY PAYING FOR PEOPLE!!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER ABOUT THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE EMPLOYED THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY.

  Excellent service! Brooklyn helped me get a new blue iPhone 16 set up and even stayed late to complete the process, she was very informative, patient and nice! Will def be coming back to this location! Thank you again
