- SSSmilesJul 28, 20255.0Thank you Mario, I went to 3 different places to try and get my phone fixed and I knew it was something simple with the processor I was quoted wild prices and some told me they couldn’t help but… Mario went above and beyond to fix the problem I’m talking about full on focused 😂 even tho I knew it’s something they don’t really fix he ended up getting it fixed for me and helped me add another line for my business practice it my guy Btw-I offered him a tip he declined that’s what you call great customer service

I never knew that or how to use that but he helped me set that up as well thank you Mario and I will be back to get my sons phones

The customer service was off, and it got to the point where I didn’t even feel comfortable walking in to ask a question, let alone make a purchase. But last week, I decided to give it another shot and I’m glad I did. I walked in and was greeted by the new manager, Mario, and immediately felt the difference. The energy, the professionalism, the patience… a complete 180 from what I was used to here. Mario actually listened to what I needed and helped me pick the phone that made sense for me not just the most expensive option. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining everything without rushing or pressuring me. I left not only with a phone that fits my lifestyle and budget, but with the satisfaction of knowing I was actually taken care of. If you had doubts about this store before like I did, go back and ask for Mario. He turned my whole experience around. Thank you Mario 😉
