  As a loyal customer of over ten years, I entrusted this Best Buy Geek Squad location with what was described to me as a straightforward, one-day repair. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. My computer was deprioritized without explanation, leaving me waiting at the store well past the agreed-upon completion time, as I require the device the following day. When I raised my concerns, the response I received was dismissive, with staff citing other customers as justification for missing their own deadline. While I understand that a busy service center juggles multiple clients, that reality does not excuse a failure to communicate proactively or honor a commitment made to a long-standing customer. I left feeling undervalued and disrespected. Until this location demonstrates a stronger commitment to professionalism and customer accountability, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services.

  Best Buy has an excellent selection of TV’s and complimentary sound systems. Orlando Santos at Best Buy Henrietta is who you want to speak with for sound and TV. Professional knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
