I commend Izzy from the Henrietta NY store. He single handedly solved a monster problem - and is sticking with the solution still - waiting and monitoring the 'fix'. He is an EXEMPLARY employee and should be considered a HIGH VALUE staff member!!! In fact - PROMOTE HIM TO A STORE MANAGER so he can influence others. Had it not been for Izzy, this review would be as close to -0- as possible. You need to scrap your phone system - you need to screen your support answering team for the clarity of their speech and accents - you need to tell them NOT TO TELL UNTRUTHS - you need to allow customers to ACTUALLY talk to the store staff - you need to train them to NOT refer a customer to a store THAT IS IN ANOTHER STATE ..... I could go on - but this would wind up being a book. Although Izzy saved this transaction - I have canceled my Best Buy credit card - will be deleting the app and account - will never buy another thing from Best Buy (to date I have made over $7,000 in purchases), will be terminating my 'GEEK' membership - and I have even turned down a $100 'feel good' store credit.

An elderly family member of mine came in to buy accessories for her new computer. She is not very tech savvy. Addas spent a lot of time explaining things to her and answering her questions. We would not have been able to get this amount of help from an online store.
