I was very happy with Best Buy

I'm not entirely sure how and when that changed, but when I needed some phone accessories a few days ago and asked a young staff member he first of all yawned right into my face and then 'gestured' vaguely into two directions replying with another yawn 'somewhere over there'. I asked his supervisor who wasn't that much more helpful, but at least awake! And finally I found someone who took the time to check the computer and tell me they didn't have any of the items I needed. (It's wasn't even true, I found two of the four myself). Seriously, Best Buy, you think you remain a serious competitor to e-commerce companies with staff that's barely awake on the job? I do need a new TV and a new laptop & monitor. But after this experience, I definitely will look for another store to get what I need. A store with staff who know what I need, and who is interested and awake enough to treat me with politeness and respect.
