I was having issues and the staff so nice even when I was getting frustrated they was very kind and understanding when I went in on Christmas Eve Tye and I believe his name was Josh or John they help me with trying get the iPad and when I went back to pick it up on the 29th the sales associate I can’t remember his name and the manger help me when they was a mix up I would recommend anybody to go to this store they very patient and professional thanks again guys

Went to the Rego Park Best Buy and got wonderful customer service. I was hoping to get my screen protector changed. Fortunately they had the version I needed and they installed it for me free without my even asking! In CT where I originally purchased the screen protector i was charged for them to install. Very friendly and professional.

Oh Best Buy, what are we going to do! Your stores are downsizing to smaller spaces left and right. You MUST be more flexible with your price matching if you want to survive. I walked in yesterday to purchase speakers and price match with Amazon, but because it wasn't sold *and* shipped by the same company, it didn't qualify (it was sold by the brand, shipped by Amazon). I walked right out and had purchased the item before I even got to my car. Best Buy, you CANT let Amazon win. You *must* be more flexible with your price matching or else you'll loose, and I would hate to see Best Buy follow in the tracks of Circuit City. I hope corporate is hearing lots of price matching complaints so they may be able to do something. One manager even was going to allow the price matching, but then another walked over and said no. Cmon man, don't you want your company to survive? Who would even know??? Smh.

If this place is anything like my job, I know that they're looking at their Google reviews, so I just want to say;
Unfortunately, I didn't catch the woman's name, but she had eyeliner sharp enough to pierce a man and a Pikachu lanyard. THANK YOU, whoever you are, for helping me find the perfect laptop for my mother with the ridiculous constraints I gave you!!! I didn't mention the BDS (AKA the boycott, divest, sanction movement) movement by name, but I did tell the employee that I wanted to find the perfect laptop as a gift for my mother with no HP, no Dell, and no Intel. We were able to find the perfect Lenovo Yoga with an AMD Ryzen processor. The specs were nearly perfect, save for the integrated graphics card, which i was willing to compromise on for the sake of budget. She enrolled me in the program that gives me a longer trial period on the laptop, just in case it's not perfect for my mom's needs, and if she struggles with the intergrated graphics card, i'll be back to grab the gaming laptop that the employee suggested, instead (which is also a BDS-friendly item, as I requested). Your employee was so incredibly helpful, and I really appreciate it!
My mom's hopefully going to be very happy with her new laptop, and if not, she'll be happy with the one I exchange it for; and I'm going to be very happy that I was able to stay within my boycott restraints. Thank you so much, Best Buy!!!
