We waited in line for nearly two hours to purchase Pokémon cards. Three of us were physically present and waited our turn like everyone else. The first two purchases were completed without issue. When it was the third person’s turn, the cashier was already preparing to accept payment, but another staff member from a different counter stepped in and stopped the transaction — even though the item was still in stock. We were later told the item was limited to one per customer. If that is the case, three individuals who were present and paying separately should have been allowed to purchase three units. The policy was not clearly communicated, and the enforcement appeared inconsistent compared to other customers in line. The interaction felt arbitrary and unprofessional, and the sudden change created confusion and frustration after a long wait. I hope store management reviews how high-demand item policies are communicated and enforced to ensure consistency and transparency for all customers.

So don’t have my girlfriend and I computers yet, getting it shipped to the store, but the process was made easy by one very informative employee named Kyan Jackson. Made my first official hardcore gaming system purchase with him. His friendly service with a smile made making the leap easy. He was also very informative about what each part of the computer meant and how it would perform, even giving me a pro tip for when we get our systems. When dealing with my girlfriend and her gaming needs he recommended the best option and it was the best possible choice. Overall the experience was 5-star and if you can find Kyan go to him for your needs.

What's going on with the TV section at the Rego Center location? I'm not sure how long it should take to bring back a TV from the backroom with very little customer traffic. I ask a first employee, he checks the computer, there are some in stock and says he'll look for it. While waiting around, I see him talking with other employees, I figure he's multitasking but will get to it. I gave it 15 minutes and ask a second employee about the TV. He calls to a different employee to go fetch the TV. So I figure it's on the way now. I look around the store some more and like 15 minutes pass. A third employee approaches me asking if I was looking for anything, and I let them know I'm waiting for the TV. I give it another 5 minutes of grace period before I am led to determine no one's actually doing anything, and call it quits. I really wish the TV was available on the floor so I could just grab it and ring it up. How is a section with 4-5 employees not able to do this.

Aishly was not helpful at all and lied to me about the Best Buy credit card. She said I would get a 30% discount with the card and I checked online and it was only 10%. I asked her if it was going to be soft inquiry but she lied and it was actually a hard inquiry. I was trying to buy airpods and she said I would have a lifetime warranty but her coworker said it’s only 2 years. I’m very disappointed as I was constantly lied to when I was there. I’m never shopping here AGAIN.
