  I am an avid Best Buy customer and truly love this location but my most recent experience showed me why I will only be coming back to the Rego Park location. Nikolas was a tremendous help and went out of his way to ensure he not only got me everything I needed but to do so quickly and efficiently. He really showcased phenomenal customer service and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his help and support.

  Super helpful tech guy got me a great deal on a slightly used laptop! Very friendly, patient and helpful! They also have a nice video game section, too.

  I swing by this Best Buy on Junction Blvd every few months, usually when I need to see a new TV or laptop in person before pulling the trigger. Since it’s part of the Rego Center complex, I usually time my visits with a Costco run to make the parking garage headache worth it. The store layout is solid, the Apple and Samsung sections are always well-maintained, and I’ve had good luck finding "Open Box" deals in the back that aren't listed online. The staff is generally helpful without being too pushy, though the checkout line can get a bit backed up on weekend afternoons. It’s definitely the most reliable spot in the neighborhood for immediate tech needs without trekking out to Long Island.

  I had an issue when I came in and was honestly frustrated at first, but the way Louie handled the situation completely changed my experience. He stayed calm, listened to everything I had to say, and never made me feel rushed or ignored. Even though the situation started negatively, he remained professional, patient, and focused on finding a solution. What stood out most was how he turned the whole experience around with his attitude and communication. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and went out of his way to help resolve the issue. By the end of the interaction, I left feeling appreciated and satisfied. Great customer service like that is hard to find.

  I encountered a big issue today when picking up my order. The store refused to accept my NYS ditigal poto ID on my NY DMV phone app. Certainly I was unhappy and disappointed that I had to go home to get my driving licence and came back. To be fair, the Best Buy pickup order instructions are indeed unclear to customers and would need to be revised for good business practices to indicate no ditigal government IDs be accepted by Best Buy or to consider adding language or notes to such effect. Doing so would eliminate the general interpretation that "government issued photo IDs" must include accredited ditigal formats the issued by any governmental authorities such as DMV. I reflected my concern to the store manager.
