Very rude veterinarian at this practice. Zero people skills. I would be very hesitant to bring my animal here.

I brought my dog Bubble to this VCA hospital, whose address I provided above. During my visit, I felt my concerns were ignored, which I believe contributed to my dog Bubble passing away on Sunday, October 26th, 2025. I am distressed that, when I expressed concerns about her condition, the doctor did not investigate further. I believe my dog's death was due to the doctor's negligence, and I feel he should be suspended.

Dr.jones is literally the most amazing man. Exactly the hands of care that you want your pet to be in. Every time I have been in you can see how gentle he is with your pet, and he really makes you comfortable by explaining diagnosis’s to you and answering questions without making you feel rushed. Vet bills are always expensive but I find that they will try their best to work with you and amongst your treatment options, suggest the most important so you are not breaking the bank.
