  Queensbury ny store. Very very poor service. Over sell things you do not want nor need and force you to buy and threaten you if you refuse.

  I am absolutely disgusted by this company for 3 month I have 1 bar 4g due to maintenance I was told. Because tower is not working neither is the hot spot I added and was charged 15 late payment because I had no reception to pay didn't go through to 3am BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TOWER IS UNDER MAINTENCE . THEY ARMIT THEY ARE WRONG BUT REFUSED TO REFUND THE HOT SPOT AND LATE FEE. THIS US AS DISCUSTING AS A COMPANY CAN GET. DO NOT USE THEM. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE BY THEIR OWN ADMITINCE ARE COMPLET USELESS. EVERYONE AGREES ALL THE FOOLS ON THE PHONE AND IN STORE BUT NO ONE DOES ANYTHING. I JUST GOT ROBBED 25 DOLLARS AND TOLD TOUGH LUCK! DO NOT GET CRICKET R3CEPTION IS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

  I can only speak to my experience with the one employee in the store at the time of my visit. He was very friendly. He seemed knowledgeable about technology generally, but not particularly useful about the products being sold. I had to wait about 10 minutes to be served because he was talking to a previous customer about a TV show and advertising a local Comic-Con he runs with another person. He tried charging me over $100 more than needed and was able to "...work $90 of it away..." because he "...knows a few tricks..." 2 minutes earlier he had prepped the card pad with the higher price, where were the tricks before trying to charge me? Then he has the audacity to tell me a survey will be coming to my phone lines activated and to answer them all with 10's(highest score) because that's how the store gets paid. After getting everything home from this "experience" i found he had removed and not given back a case from one phone and thrown away the sim card previously installed in it without asking. Another 15 minutes in traffic each way to retrieve them. And he asks, "...wondered when I'd see you again..." You just sold me 4 lines of phones, maybe call me and say you have my phone case and sim card? Please do not take your business to this place. If you want cricket just do it through the internet and wait 2 days for the sim card, it will be a better experience.
