Even though I put it on autopay, it did not automatically pay my bills for 2 months while I was away from the country. I had to bring my account back with the same 2 lines and payed $144 with $60 credit in my account. I thought that was a good deal. After I payed the $144 my account had $30 credit only! The person there said I misunderstood what he said and I have to accept the $30 credit and not the $60 credit and that it’s not his problem. This is the best example for bad service and unprofessionalism.
