  The store clerk was ok. I don't feel he advocated for me properly with the company when I wanted to upgrade my phone and add a line. I went to the store to purchase the phone I wanted they didn't have it in stock so I was forced to order it online. Because I ordered it on Friday after 2 it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. I went to the store again the next day to add a line and purchase a different phone (in addition to the phone that was coming in the mail) for my son. At first the store clerk said I couldn't do it because the company but a hold on my account because I already ordered a new phone. I said so I can purchase as many phones as I want what does that have to do with anything. So I made him call the company and tell them to remove the hold. Mind u although I hadn't received the phone yet the money was already removed from my account so they got their money. They finally removed the hold so I can purchase the new phone and add a line. The rep on the phone was obviously refused and activated the phone being shipped to me along with the new phone I purchased for my son and disconnected the phone I was still currently using. When we realized the company shut my phone off the clerk called back to have them fix it. They explained they couldn't do what had already been done. Meaning I was going to be without my phone my only means of communication for 48 hours. Mind u the day before I paid my bill ($68) bought 2 new phones ($1225) a new activation fee of ($25) plus the plan everything for my son's phone came to ($140) I bought him accessories as well. So after spending all of that money the result was I don't have any phone access for 48 hours and there was NOTHING that they could do about it? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL

  Cricket wireless is the same service as ATT but half the price. Great store great customer experience
