  She is amazing, the reason we stay with Cricket and upgrade our phones with them. Went in today for an issue with my phone, after googling everything to fix the issue, I said to my wife we need to go see the expert. In less than 3 minutes while on hold dealing with call center, she had my phone issue resolved.

  Cricket/Cell Phones for Less, I have your service and an expensive cellphone because of Leeann Rizzie. For the first time, I was shopping for a cellphone. My lack of knowledge and no trust in technology made the process frustrating and unbearable. After having a negative experience with useless, human looking, machine acting, condescending people at other stores;I was fortunate to discover Leeann Rizzie. She is the only person capable of selling me a cellphone. Her friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable service was always willing to help me. A simple impromptu visual recognition activates her smile and quality service. Her extensive product knowledge was humbly applied. Unlike many who think they can teach, Leeann is able to listen and understand what I do not; then, teach from my point of view. Others insultingly try to teach from their snobbish technology point of view. I do not bestow my high approval of her service without scrutiny of time from date of sale, to submission of this review. I had the fear that quality service would end with the sale and the phone would be useless. Fortunately Leeann is routinely available. I hope to never loose her availability. I hope my efforts to give a respectful quality human response at the end of a subjective quantity survey is useful. If so contact me. Leeann’s quality service deserves a quality response!
