The staff is professional and courteous, and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. They explain everything concerning the problem with your appliance and ensure that you leave satisfied. The biggest issue you might have is finding the location which is in an industrial complex on a nondescript street that doesn't even look like a street.

I brought in the vacuum body (without the wand and brush head) and told them the battery was dead, and they still refused to help. They insisted I bring the entire unit just so they could “confirm” the battery was dead. Unbelievable! I even saw an angry customer throw their Dyson product into the garbage right in front of the staff.
