  Brought my wife's hair dryer in for service. Got to the problem and it was fixed on the spot. There were two young men servicing many customers and they did a great job. Very positive attitude despite a store full of people seeking repair. Highly recommended!

  I went to Dyson in Plainview on Monday to have my Dyson AirWrap ID looked at. It stopped working in less than a month. Their employee, John, helped me immediately. He was super thorough, passionate and informative. He answered every question I had and was so sweet. There was no saving my Dyson, so I was given a brand new one that works perfectly so far. John was fantastic - excellent customer service!!!!

  The SoHo shop sent my airwrap here to be fixed as it was shutting off after about a minute and the light would flash red. Saw a text it had arrived, then two minutes later a text that it was fixed, which I thought was a little quick. Turns out, it was probably so quick cause when they sent it back and I turned it on, sure enough it turned back off after about a minute and flashed red again. Seems like they don’t attempt to fix it at all and on top of that they sent it back in worse shape because now there’s scratches all over it. It was sent back in a big box with a little bit of paper around it. Absolutely ridiculous.

  After calling Dysons Customer Service line I was hesitant that my AirWrap may not be able to be repaired, however they did advise me to stop into my closest repair store directly. I took the chance and made a trip out here and was walking out of the center within 30 minutes with my repaired machine!!! I did not realize it could be repaired on the spot. I want to especially thank Ben and his partner who also was there so much for giving me an in-expensive experience leaving me happy! Their knowledge, expertise, and willing to work with me in the situation I was in left me blown away. I did originally call the service center directly in advance to inquire about the process of mailing in my AirWrap but they did explain they were a little backed up with turn around times for mail in orders because they only have 2 people there doing repairs all day.... Dyson - give these guys some more employees or at least a raise because they deserve it!
