Chris helped me pick a new phone, cut down my bill, and stayed right until closing time to help make sure my phone was all set up correctly when it arrived. While I was waiting for the new phone to arrive, he even helped me troubleshoot charging my old phone and offered me a loaner. I'd highly recommend the Penfield location and talking with Chris. The service was prompt, informative, and very helpful, as were the other employees who also assisted. If I have any other Verizon questions or concerns, I will definitely come back to this store.
