When I got the bill, they made requests and additions to a plan that I did not want which increase the cost of my son‘s line . And when they said they would include a free phone case that later found out that I was charged $170 for it. If you’re gonna use the store, I highly recommend you get a printout of your new plan and everything disclosed in writing before signing off or paying.
