- CJCJ JojoJan 5, 20261.0Nobody else in the store. I came in with my son, future daughter-in-law and wife. Pretty people waiting on the counter near the closing of the day. They had no desire to help us had known desire to fix the problem that they could easily fix. And said they said well. You could do it your own on the app. They let us fool it around for about a half hour and then they said well we can do a but we really shouldn't. Made up some excuse that was it frustrating. Helpless. Not a good time. I hope this is something that Verizon looks down upon and I hope changes are made.

At one point she said to the lady “ I can’t even…”. The lady left. I whispered to my husband I hope we don’t get her. Well we got her. She came up to us And asked what we needed and she said you have to do that on the app. I said I’ve tried for hours Ann’s it won’t let me do what I need to do. She then said well there are 4 or 5 people ahead of you. I said well since you came over to us to wait on us can I ask you another question about our account ( as we just got 2 new phones And a new watch) And she said no you’ll have to wait your turn. Well why did she even come over to us in the first place? I won’t ever go back to the orchard park Verizon again. Heck I feel like taking our new phones back and switching companies.
