  Kyle is the guy you want to help you here! I went here on Presidents Day 2026 to upgrade my phone. It was a holiday so the wait was about 30 -45 minutes but the staff was incredible. From the manager, I’m sorry I forget her name but she was Blonde, tall and said she worked with Verizon for 16yrs, she was a sweetheart! She got me checked in and made sure I was okay during the wait and then Kyle helped get the perfect upgrade for my needs, and even helped my mother correct charges to her bill to help save her some money. He was incredibly patient and answered all our nonsensical questions for two people who don’t understand tech talk so easily, and made sure we felt good about everything before just leaving to help someone else, in what was a very busy store. Highly recommend this location! It’s not franchised either so they care about the customer more then the bottom line and I appreciate that, more then anything else. Thank you Kyle!

  Kyle was absolutely amazing he took his time to get my aunt and I set up with our new phones . He spent about 1 hour with us just answering questions about how to transfer service to a different phone , adding my aunt onto our family plan . He was friendly , outgoing and so pleasant to work with . Thank you Kyle for making getting a new phone a seamless experience !!!!

  Super strange animosity toward verizon tech support on the phone... Somehow, Verizon messed up my number porting (they ended up completely losing my number, but that has nothing to do with the store itself). We went into this store 3 different times in an attempt to get the porting done the correct way. The last time we went in, we had the only helpful person we found with verizon tech support on the phone. Tech support wanted us to try to see if we could get a physical sim, since the e-sim wasn't working. We had tech support on the phone and walked into the store, the gentleman in the store was so far beyond rude to the woman on the phone, I felt awkward standing there so I ended up apologizing to her for the way he spoke to her and we left the store. I would never come back here, there is absolutely zero reason to treat another person like they're beneath you... ESPECIALLY when you're both trying to help the same customer.

  I worked with Rosie Saviola with a problem transferring my number from AT & T to Verizon. She spent 45 minutes with me and helped me fix my problem. She was FANTASTIC. I will never work with anyone else. Verizon is lucky to have her.

  Nobody else in the store. I came in with my son, future daughter-in-law and wife. Pretty people waiting on the counter near the closing of the day. They had no desire to help us had known desire to fix the problem that they could easily fix. And said they said well. You could do it your own on the app. They let us fool it around for about a half hour and then they said well we can do a but we really shouldn't. Made up some excuse that was it frustrating. Helpless. Not a good time. I hope this is something that Verizon looks down upon and I hope changes are made.
