At the time I wanted to keep my current number and add a "business" line. Since the service didn't work I canceled the business line and turned in the phone during the trial period. My bill gets paid directly so I didn't check (my own fault) but I came to find out that the 2nd line was never canceled when I turned the phone in like I thought. I went into the store today to get the situation rectified, I was met with nothing but hostility and unprofessional behavior. When questioned why the number wasn't canceled I got told by the manager I needed to "curb my attitude" or she would ask me to leave. I looked her right in the eye and told her I was leaving a complaint with Verizon. The manager and staff the several times I went to the store have been rude and unprofessional.
