- DMDenise MaloneNov 29, 20251.0I used the TCC store back in May/June to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon because I thought Verizon was going to offer me better service. Unfortunately it did not. At the time I wanted to keep my current number and add a "business" line. Since the service didn't work I canceled the business line and turned in the phone during the trial period. My bill gets paid directly so I didn't check (my own fault) but I came to find out that the 2nd line was never canceled when I turned the phone in like I thought. I went into the store today to get the situation rectified, I was met with nothing but hostility and unprofessional behavior. When questioned why the number wasn't canceled I got told by the manager I needed to "curb my attitude" or she would ask me to leave. I looked her right in the eye and told her I was leaving a complaint with Verizon. The manager and staff the several times I went to the store have been rude and unprofessional.

Every error or glitch that could be thrown our way came that day. Through no fault of mine or hers, We experienced every technical difficulty or error that anyone trying to set up. Technology would certainly understand how frustrating it could become and I don’t have enough time to rehash it all, it’s really a long and actually funny story…the time that we spent, sometimes just spinning our wheels putting the same info in again and again, going in circles… Teresa made the time enjoyable, and apologizing for what wasn’t her fault, she stayed right on top of it all, her knowledge and perseverance and upbeat attitude was the key factor behind an excellent experience. And it certainly was an experience! Lol but at the end of it all, not only did I have a new phone, but I felt like I had a new friend. If I ever need someone to help me with my phone or have any questions, I would certainly appreciate it if it was Teresa who would be there to assist me. TCC Oneonta, you have a gem right there.
