    I bought 2 cable cords and 2 wall chargers from the Niagara Falls store. They never gave me a receipt. There’s no record of me purchasing these items. I am having quite a lot of no luck return 2 of them.

    I have been at this store for ages I went in for a new phone cost was 0$ and they added things to my account I didn’t want or ask for and they never added the promotion and my bill went up 100$. The big guy and the kid are not to be trusted

    Decided to add a line today And also visit the updated pricing I found on the Verizon website. Felt it was best to come to the store and get a little bit of help instead of trying to do online by myself. Today is October 13th at 6:30. In and out in 15 minutes with a new phone that doesn't cost anything and my bill went down 10 dollars. That's the fastest I've ever been in and out of a Verizon store in my life. The gentleman who signed people in started the process and did the handoff so that the sales associate could finalize all the details and get me on my way. Very courteous, very fast, and very knowledgeable. Not that I go to the Verizon store very much but I think I will go out of my way to visit this store in the future. Great job guys thank you very much
