- LLLBGJan 16, 20261.0If we could give zero stars we would! Went there today with a problem with a Samsung mobile phone. The screen was black. However, the phone was buzzing and the lights were flashing notifying calls/messages. Worker immediately said she could not help me and when I was ready to purchase a new phone, she would be able to help me then! I left upset, came home and googled my issue and was able to fix it myself. This place sucks! It was apparent they are not there to help but a complete sales depot. Be aware of this place!
