Felt it was best to come to the store and get a little bit of help instead of trying to do online by myself. Today is October 13th at 6:30. In and out in 15 minutes with a new phone that doesn't cost anything and my bill went down 10 dollars. That's the fastest I've ever been in and out of a Verizon store in my life. The gentleman who signed people in started the process and did the handoff so that the sales associate could finalize all the details and get me on my way. Very courteous, very fast, and very knowledgeable. Not that I go to the Verizon store very much but I think I will go out of my way to visit this store in the future. Great job guys thank you very much
